Each stress relief toy is mold-made, so minor inconsistencies are normal.

Every Natasha baby has small, unavoidable flaws (e.g., injection ports on the bottom, sand-filling ports on the top, and marks on hands/feet). Please don't buy if you can't accept these—no refunds or returns. Avoid overstretching, especially ears and limbs.

These are toys, not collectibles with perfect details. All similar products online have the same traits. Perfectionists, please reconsider.

The outer layer is TPR eco-friendly soft rubber. A slight rubber smell and minor flow marks are normal—air it out in a ventilated space.

Patterns are hand-sprayed; slight unevenness is expected. The toy is filled with memory sand, and some paint may chip after use.

The whitish powder is anti-slip talc (a normal process). You can wash it (not recommended) but if you do, dry it and dust lightly with flour to reduce stickiness.
