Before Shipment
You may request a full refund at any time before your order has been shipped.
Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel your order or make any changes. Once we confirm that your order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to accept refund, return, or cancellation requests.
This is because all items are shipped directly from China, and international return logistics are not supported at this time.
Please make sure all order details — including your shipping address and selected items — are correct before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and do our best to make it right.
